The Villa
Villa Clara is a beautiful three-bedroom, south-east facing villa that sleeps six.
This front-line villa overlooks the 6th hole of the Mar Menor Golf Resort and is situated just a two-minute walk from the hotel and the MMGR Club. It is no more than a five-minute walk to the Boulevard, which hosts over 20 bars and restaurants.
This luxurious villa comes fully equipped with all your home comforts, including satellite TV with over a hundred channels and air conditioning throughout. It features three bedrooms, two of which are doubles, one en-suite, and a separate bathroom/WC.

Several large shopping malls are within a 30-mile drive from the villa. La Zenia Boulevard in Orihuela, Mediterraneo Shopping in Cartagena, and Centro Comercial Nueva Condomina in Murcia are bustling with major brand shops, cafes, restaurants, and traditional Spanish stores.
Additionally, there are several traditional Spanish markets in the area where you can find almost anything, from food to clothing. If you enjoy olives, the local varieties available at these markets are simply amazing.
